Breakout! is a two-day intensive for educational professionals that have tried to land a senior leadership opportunity but have faced setbacks. Coaching will include hands-on, individualized attention from one or more experienced recruiters, search consultants, and administrators in the educational industry, at a maximum attendee-to-faculty ratio of 8:1 to ensure an intimate, personalized experience.
