The Map to Your Final Search Destination

From a candidate's perspective, being flexible is important, but at the same time keep your ears open for disorganized or ambiguous processes.  Just as a candidate should be able to answer flawlessly a basic question like, "Tell us about yourself," so, too, should an employer be able to answer a basic question like, "Tell me about the process."  Meanwhile, from an employer's perspective, not mapping out a basic process is like taking a road trip without GPS.  Top candidates are often skeptical of uncertain timelines, so avoid launching a search without knowing your endgame.
