Navigating Change: Effective Restructuring for New Hires

Sometimes, conducting a new hire may require some significant organizational restructuring. Perhaps along with this hire another leadership team member is shifting into a new position. Maybe a team member’s areas of responsibility are broadening or contracting.  If organizational restructuring needs to occur, it is a good idea to be upfront and considerate of each person on your team in the process. In this situation, it may be helpful to bring each team member and their thoughts into the restructuring discussions. Establishing your organization’s possible restructuring plan can yield incredible results in your hiring process, while ensuring that your leadership team members are poised and ready to bring on a new hire!
