Utilize Job Boards to Find Suitable Candidates

Finding "one-hop-away" associations is often a key strategy. For example, a large high school should consider higher ed job boards, and a small college should target 9-12 institutions and large districts. Technology postings should go on job boards for finance and operational leaders, who often manage or partner with IT professionals. Finally, one- hop-away industry partners are also great referral sources, such as public accounting and law firms when searching for CFOs and other business office staff. Spending a few extra dollars on advertising could be the difference for finding that unique and dynamic leader that stands out from the pack.
